I'm a real estate sales representative with a background in architecture, and I'm passionate about helping my clients find their dream homes. I graduated with an architectural degree from Carleton University and became a licensed architect in Ontario in 2003. Throughout my career, I've been involved in launching numerous high-rise condominium development projects in the GTA, working directly with well-known condominium property developers. In addition, I have designed many luxury homes and renovation projects in and around Toronto and the GTA.
My extensive experience spans all aspects of acquisition, sales, due diligence, planning, construction, design, project management, green building, negotiation, and development approvals. I have a keen eye for detail and possess an in-depth knowledge of the market, making me a valuable resource for your real estate needs.
